What happens in the Jacket Gym?
- Take the mandatory photo ID
- Pick up textbooks (10th, 11th, 12th grades) *9th graders will receive textbooks once school starts
- Request hall lockers (optional)
- Complete the EZ Meal Application
- Learn about our Berkeley High School Health Center by visiting the Health Center’s information table
9th Grade ORIENTATION
— FRESHMAN —
FRIDAY, AUGUST 9, 2024
Last Name A- K 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Last Name L – Z 12:30 – 3:30 PM
9th Grade Entrance: All 9th graders should enter campus through the Kittredge doors (Miliva & Kittredge) and walk to the Donahue Gym.
Orientation will consist of small group sessions facilitated by Student Link Leaders, a campus tour and mandatory photo ID session, request hall lockers (optional), and complete the EZ Meal Application.
Tuesday, August 13th: MANDATORY MAKE-UP IDs (Jacket Gym):
8:30am-12:30pm
If you are unable to attend Back-To-School distribution or 9th Grade Orientation:
Make-up mandatory student ID dates before school, during lunchtime or after school in the East Gallery (A-Building).
MAKE-UP ID DATES
*Monday, September 30: Before School, Lunch, or After School until 4:00pm
*Monday, October 28: Before School, Lunch, or After School until 4:00pm
*Monday, February 3 : Before School, Lunch, or After School until 4:00pm
