Hello Fellow Yellow Jackets!
I hope this post finds you well. I’m Lyndon Ward, a BIHS senior and Berkeley High’s 2020-2021 Chief of Clubs. Thank you all for being the student leaders that bring together and help shape Berkeley High’s communities. Clubs, now more than ever, represent an essential part of student life at Berkeley High for they provide space for expression, passion, ideas, and hobbies.
Given that this year will be virtual, it is important to find new ways to stay connected to each other. With that being said an important part of connection is outreach and what better way to reach out then a club fair!

This year’s Fall Semester club fair will be held virtually and have a few key differences:
The focus days of the week will be as follows:

Monday (9/21): Academic
Tuesday (9/22): Cultural
Wednesday (9/23): Activist
Thursday ( 9/24): Leadership
Friday  (9/25): Miscellaneous

Given that the club fair will be hosted over a week, clubs will have the chance to host club panels. These club panels will be held by the clubs that fit under the day’s “focus”. Following an introduction from the clubs at the beginning of the panel, each club will move to breakout rooms where they can interact more personally with the students attending.

Best,
Lyndon, Chief of Clubs
